Below are a few examples of ways in which I changed how Trinity College's Office of Residential Life represented information to a staff of over 60 Resident Assistants. When working with busy college students, it is supremely important to make expectations clear to avoid confusion and frustration on both sides. Particularly when a Residential Life department cannot afford to have anyone pulling less than his or her weight, having an organized system is a good idea.
