Devlin is an experienced higher education administrator with an M.Ed. from Harvard University, a B.S. in Psychology, and a B.A. in Data Representation from Trinity College in Connecticut.  She has worked in multiple research settings, focusing on a wide range of topics including: social support, disclosure, cultural diversity, and college success.  Her work experiences have focused on student advising and development, adjudicating issues of student misconduct, college-wide committee management, and collaborating across departments and with faculty members, and has undergraduate experience as a teaching assistant for Intro Psychology and Social Psychology classes.  Devlin is a data driven professional committed to research, evaluation, and assessment.
